Our Story

God's favour gives me inner strength and a mind capable of building, enlarging, and developing anything I am in charge of. I have also had some failures mixed in with many accomplishments. Consider it: they have all made us humbler, more resilient, stronger, and thankful. Using all we have inside and the events we went through has always been valuable for me as building bricks and destiny paths to become our best selves.

Acts 8's Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch narrative always speaks to me. Though I don't know his name, the bible states he had considerable authority and managed the queen's money. Possibly today's Chief Treasury Officer or Chief Financial Officer. Being a leader, manager, official, and executive, he seemed to me to be accountable for a lot.

On his way home following an event, he studied scriptures. The Lord realized this leader needed aid, hence Philip was sent to assist, teach, and interpret the scriptures. Following that, the Ethiopian Eunuch's knowledge and insight grew better and he realized he had to modify his viewpoint and behavior. Whenever Philip could, he strongly advised him to be baptized.

This narrative reflects my best self since I have always been willing to assist people in enhancing their life.

The moment is just right.
Therefore, I believe the moment is right and that I am meant to assist people, groups, and companies that call for real leadership experience, training, and coaching for capacity building, personal, and performance enhancement. Some keep on their studies by listening to podcasts or going to talks. Robert Greenleaf penned in "Servant Leadership, A Journey into the nature of legitimate power and greatness":

“One does not awaken each morning with the compulsion to reinvent the wheel.  But if one is servant, either leader or follower, one is always searching, listening, expecting that a better wheel for these times is in the making.  It may emerge any day. Any one of us may find it out from personal experience.”

I've been pondering this question, and now I'm curious to hear your thoughts. Are you all set to discover the better wheel? Do you think it could come from you, whether as an individual, part of a team, or within your organization? I'm really looking forward to discovering this with you, and I feel both excited and humbled about it.
